Aerie Backcountry Medicine deploys licensed EMTs, Advanced EMTs, and Paramedics to wildland fire incidents under U.S. Forest Service contracts. Whether as single resources, ambulance teams, or REMS (Rapid Extraction Module Support) units, our providers deliver reliable, high-level care in demanding environments.

All field operations are supported by a team of dedicated Medical Directors who bring decades of experience, medical authority, and a commitment to modern, evidence-based care protocols.
